Baba Backpack Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $160 (before taxes and after discounts) within the continental United States.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to USA  
  • International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
  • If your shipping address is outside our standard delivery zones, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Baba Backpack is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us at support@bababackpack.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage for a resolution.

    At Baba Backpack, we take pride in delivering high-quality backpacks that meet your expectations. Please review our return policy below:

    All Sales Are Final

    • All sales on BabaBackpack.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect orders.
    • Please carefully review product descriptions, images, and specifications before making your purchase.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

    To Request a Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items:

    1. Contact Us Within 7 Days:
    2. Provide Supporting Evidence:
      • Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
      • Attach clear photos or videos showing:
        • The damage or defect.
        • The shipping box and packaging, if applicable.
    3. Approval Process:
      • Once we review your request, we will determine if the item qualifies for a replacement.
      • If approved, we will:
        • Ship a replacement backpack at no additional cost, OR
        • Offer a refund in the form of store credit, if a replacement is unavailable.

    Exceptions to the Damaged or Defective Policy

    • Damage Caused by Customer Use: Backpacks damaged due to improper use, accidents, or wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
    • Requests Made After 7 Days: Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery will not be honored.

    Shipping Costs for Returns

    • For approved damaged or defective claims, Baba Backpack will cover the cost of return shipping if the item needs to be sent back.
